I help people who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected find clarity, confidence, and inner calm again. Not through pressure or perfection — but through presence, compassion, and simple tools you can use in everyday life.
Why I Do This Work
Years ago, I was an exhausted, overworked mom doing her best to get through each day. My children were just 15 months apart, and I felt like I was constantly running on empty — trying to keep everything together while quietly falling apart inside.
I knew there had to be a healthier way to cope than pouring a glass of wine at the end of the day. So I turned toward healing.
I began learning.
Reading.
Practicing.
Growing — one small moment at a time.
What started as a desperate search for relief slowly became my passion and purpose: to help others feel supported, seen, and empowered again.
My Approach
I combine practical mindfulness, intuitive guidance, and trauma-sensitive emotional support to help you:
slow down and actually feel your life again
understand what’s happening inside you with compassion
choose how you respond — instead of reacting automatically
Every session is tailored to what you need in the moment.
There’s no script, no pressure, and no expectation to show up as anything other than exactly who you are.
